GETTING HERE: (These are basic instructions. If you book a shoot we will send you exact details and a priority mobile phone number to ring in an emergency in case you should get lost or the unforeseen happen!) BY ROAD: The best and easiest way to get here is by car. Being out in the countryside there is ample on road parking. In the years we've been here it's NEVER been impossible to drive right up to the studio and park directly in front of it on the road. There are no restrictions or parking fees to pay. To get to Market Weighton from most parts of the country get onto the M62 from wherever you are heading and then taking exit 37 follow the road signs to Bridlington via the A614. When you get to the Shiptonthrope roundabout you will see signs for Market Weighton - follow them onto the bypass and then take the first exit into town. If you are coming from the York direction just follow the A1079 to Hull until you get to Shiptonthorpe roundabout and then the instructions are the same. If you are travelling from North Yorkshire than the easiest route is probably to go to York and come out again on the A1076 to Hull. BY BUS/TRAIN: Take a train into YORK or HULL and then it's a 50 minute bus ride or 30 minute taxi cab ride. We will send you full details on booking should you choose this mode of transport. As a rough guide the train from London takes approximately 2 hours to get to York. |
