PROBLEMS CONTACTING US
Very occasionally people pay for a shoot or send us a
message without giving correct details to get back to them.
This may be a non-working email address or a incorrect phone
number etc.
To get around this issue and provide some feedback the
details below are of any people we are CURRENTLY having
difficulty communicating with. We are only showing initials
of the person and the final part of their email address
(after the @ sign) and/or the last 2 digits of their phone
number to maintain privacy. If you are on this list you'll
be able to check what we are doing to try and contact you.
From your end you could try: providing us with a different
email address or phone number (we recommend
gmail.com
as a reliable free email provider). You should also check the spam
box in your email just in case we've been put there... If
you are on the list below we are definitely receiving your
messages.
If you are NOT on the list and you seem to be getting no response
from us we recommend in case of any outgoing email problem
you communicate with us using the booking form to submit a
non-firm booking query.
If you are on the list please be assured we are trying to do everything we can to contact you. If however we
fail after 2 weeks of trying we automatically refund any payments in full to prevent misunderstandings.
