BOUDOIR VALENTINE

This years Valentine package can be purchased as a gift of photos to give to your loved one on Valentine's day or as a pre-arranged shoot - in which case you will receive a voucher which is valid for six months from the date of issue. Actual shoot date can then be arranged between your loved one and us. Whichever is chosen the details of the shoot remain the same.

The shoot will produce 3 perfectly retouched and finished photographs printed at a size of your choice between 7x5 to 12x8 inches. Any size between is possible. Larger sizes are possible at cost. The photos are supplied loose and can be printed on matt or glossy paper. They can then be presented as you wish using presentation materials of your own.

Note due to the time constraints with Valentine shoots if you require delivery of your pictures before Valentines day you must arrange to shoot and have all your pictures selected within January and places are limited to those we can accomodate. Normally we require two weeks notice to book a shoot but given the type of shoot we would be happy to try and fit you in wherever we can while spaces remain available. Please contact us with several dates that would suit you and we will do our best to match one of the dates to our remaining available spaces. The last day for a booking for guaranteed delivery before Valentines day is the 26th of January. If you are buying the shoot as a gift you can of course purchase the shoot any time up until Valentines day.

Not Included

Unless you intend to give your photos loose you will need to devise your own presentation options. We can offer advice on this if you require it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This shoot differs from our other shoots in that time is limited to 2 hours only. The shoot is also limited to one shoot set (background) - you can choose which suits you best on the day. There are no limits on number of pictures or costumes within that time limit.

THIS BOUDOIR PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STANDARD OPTIONS:

Pre-shoot consultation and chat
Make-up, Styling and Wardrobe or advice/help if you prefer to do it yourself
No limit on number of photos taken
As many costume changes as possible in the time
Access to all your pictures online via our unique web proofing gallery (see below)

MIXING STYLES OF PHOTOGRAPHY: If you wish to mix a wide variety of styles in your shoot there may be a surcharge of £50 if the style swing requires reconfiguration of the studio. For example shooting all Boudoir apart from one Pinup style set would require the lighting to be completely changed (from Tungsten to Flash) for Pinup and the props/backdrops altered completely. This would add 15-30 mins to the shoot (during which time you will be given a break and offered beverages of your choice) while the studio is altered for the new styling. If you are in any doubt and want to swing significantly between styles of pictures just ask us and we will confirm what is possible and whether any surcharge will be needed. Most mixtures of styles do not require the studio to be reconfigured.

NOTES:

"Our Unique Web Proofing Gallery" - we have developed custom designed software which you are given access to in order to review your shoot's proofs. This will work in any web browser and allows you to grade your pictures, add comments to them, see pictures which Henry selected as the ones he thought were best and order prints. The software makes it easy to deal with the large number of images that can result from a photoshoot.

The above packages assume 15 megapixel digital photography apart from where specified otherwise. Traditional medium format film based photography can be purchased as an extra for any package (see extras page for costings).

Copyright and Rights to the Images - In all cases you are given full rights to use the pictures privately and for any self-promotional use not involving re-sale of the images. Copyright of the images and the originals remain with Studio Boudoir, however we have no rights to use the images for anything at all without your permission (so you won't see the pictures turning up anywhere else!!!). This is a private personal service and we take that responsibility VERY seriously. The only person with access to your pictures is Henry. The pictures are stored offline or as proofs in your password protected web area and cannot be accessed by anyone else (note if you give the password details to anyone else we are not responsible for the consequences). If you should require commercial rights to the pictures (for publishing in a book or as part of an advertising campaign) you will need to contact us to agree a commercial license.
