STUDIO BOUDOIR VOUCHERS

Vouchers are a great way to give a boudoir photoshoot to someone. You can purchase any package from our packages page as a voucher. Alternatively you can choose to only part pay for a package with a voucher. For example you may wish your voucher only to pay for half the cost of a shoot. Any amount can be purchased as a voucher however we do have a lower limit of £50.

You may have your voucher delivered in a plain black envelope - or if you prefer at extra cost we can put it in a pink cardboard presentation box on a bed of paper rose petals the lid tied on with black ribbon.

Since there are so many options with regard to vouchers simply contact us using the enquiry form on the bookings page and we can discuss with you directly what you require and the available options.

As the specifics of any shoot purchased with vouchers will vary depending on which package you choose no further details can be listed here - but whichever you choose the usual included options for all shoots as listed below will of course apply.

BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash. They are refundable for 28 days from date of purchaser to the original purchaser. Lost vouchers may be redeemed providing you have the voucher code issued or the original purchaser contacts us. Lost vouchers are NOT redeemable if you do not have the voucher code and are no longer in contact with the original purchaser.

THIS BOUDOIR PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STANDARD OPTIONS:

Unlimited time shooting (maximum 4 hours)
Pre-shoot consultation and chat
Make-up, Styling and Wardrobe or advice/help if you prefer to do it yourself
No limit on number of photos taken
As many costume changes as possible in the time
Access to all your pictures online via our unique web proofing gallery (see below)

MIXING STYLES OF PHOTOGRAPHY: If you wish to mix a wide variety of styles in your shoot there may be a surcharge of £50 if the style swing requires reconfiguration of the studio. For example shooting all Boudoir apart from one Pinup style set would require the lighting to be completely changed (from Tungsten to Flash) for Pinup and the props/backdrops altered completely. This would add 15-30 mins to the shoot (during which time you will be given a break and offered beverages of your choice) while the studio is altered for the new styling. If you are in any doubt and want to swing significantly between styles of pictures just ask us and we will confirm what is possible and whether any surcharge will be needed. Most mixtures of styles do not require the studio to be reconfigured.

NOTES:

"Our Unique Web Proofing Gallery" - we have developed custom designed software which you are given access to in order to review your shoot's proofs. This will work in any web browser and allows you to grade your pictures, add comments to them, see pictures which Henry selected as the ones he thought were best and order prints. The software makes it easy to deal with the large number of images that can result from a photoshoot.

"Unlimited Time" - Obviously we can't shoot you forever (though some enjoy themselves so much I think they would like that!). There is a practical maximum which we have set at 4 hours. However, we introduced this unlimited time idea because we are focused on getting you perfection in your photographs. Some boudoir specialists focus more on the experience or on getting as many people through the door as possible - we focus 100% on the end result. In order to help you gauge how long you are likely to be here we are now listing "expected times" - this is how long we'd expect the shoot to normally take. However, it's not a fixed time and is fluid depending on the needs of the shoot. It's just there so you can schedule your own time accordingly.

The above packages assume 15 megapixel digital photography apart from where specified otherwise. Traditional medium format film based photography can be purchased as an extra for any package (see extras page for costings).

Copyright and Rights to the Images - In all cases you are given full rights to use the pictures privately and for any self-promotional use not involving re-sale of the images. Copyright of the images and the originals remain with Studio Boudoir, however we have no rights to use the images for anything at all without your permission (so you won't see the pictures turning up anywhere else!!!). This is a private personal service and we take that responsibility VERY seriously. The only person with access to your pictures is Henry. The pictures are stored offline or as proofs in your password protected web area and cannot be accessed by anyone else (note if you give the password details to anyone else we are not responsible for the consequences). If you should require commercial rights to the pictures (for publishing in a book or as part of an advertising campaign) you will need to contact us to agree a commercial license.
