PORTFOLIOS
Our portfolio package is aimed at models or actresses who require pictures for their
modelling portfolio or to send to casting directors etc. In general if you require
something special it's better to estimate the cost using our custom shoot
pages and then contact us. However, we offer this basic package for those who just want
something straight forward and easy.
Includes:
- Unlimited time shooting (see below - maximum 4 hours)
- Expected time needed: 3 hours
- Pre-shoot consultation and chat
- Make-up, Styling and Wardrobe or advice/help if you prefer to do it yourself
- No limit on number of photos taken
- Unlimited costume changes
- Access to all your pictures online via our unique web proofing gallery (see below)
- 10 retouched 8x10 pictures included in the price
- Free CD or DVD copy of your proofs at 600 pixel resolution (normal value £50)
- Three background/set changes for greatest variety...
Not Included
You may wish to purchase additional prints. In addition, for actresses and models, you may
require to purchase additional rights to use the pictures commercially (if you are printing
a book of your pictures or using them for any commercial ventures). Our pictures are free
to use for all self-promotional purposes which do not involve the sale of the images in
any shape or form. If you require additional rights of resale you should contact us and these
can be agreed and you can then be issued with an appropriate license at cost.

NOTES:
"Our Unique Web Proofing Gallery" - we have developed custom designed software which you
are given access to in order to review your shoot's proofs. This will work in any web browser
and allows you to grade your pictures, add comments to them, see pictures which Henry selected
as the ones he thought were best and order prints. The software makes it easy to deal with
the large number of images that can result from a photoshoot.
"Unlimited Time" -
Obviously we can't shoot you forever (though some enjoy
themselves so much I think they would like that!). There is
a practical maximum which we have set at 4 hours. However,
we introduced this unlimited time idea because we are
focused on getting you perfection in your photographs. Some
boudoir specialists focus more on the experience or on getting
as many people through the door as possible - we focus
100% on the end result. In order
to help you gauge how long you are likely to be here we are now
listing "expected times" - this is how long we'd expect the shoot to
normally take. However, it's not a fixed time and is fluid depending
on the needs of the shoot. It's just there so you can schedule your
own time accordingly.
The above packages assume 15 megapixel digital photography
apart from where specified otherwise. Traditional medium format film
based photography can be purchased as an extra for any
package (see extras page for costings).
Copyright and Rights to the Images - In all cases you are
given full rights to use the pictures privately and for any
self-promotional use not involving re-sale of the images.
Copyright of the images and the originals remain with Studio
Boudoir, however we have no rights to use the images for
anything at all without your permission (so you won't see
the pictures turning up anywhere else!!!). This is a private
personal service and we take that responsibility VERY
seriously. The only person with access to your pictures is
Henry. The pictures are stored offline or as proofs in your
password protected web area and cannot be accessed by anyone
else (note if you give the password details to anyone else
we are not responsible for the consequences). If you should
require commercial rights to the pictures (for publishing in
a book or as part of an advertising campaign) you will need
to contact us to agree a commercial license.
